Editor’s Letter • Dear YOGA Magazine Readers, Coming home to ourselves
Upside Down Stronger Than Ever • Pregnancy is often seen as a time to step back from demanding physical practice. Yet for Swedish handstand and Rocket Yoga teacher Josefin Strid, it became a period of remarkable strength and adaptation. Now, eight weeks after giving birth to her daughter, Lilly-Maj, by Caesarean section, Josefin reflects on the adaptations she made, the role of yoga and breathwork in preparing for birth, and how learning to trust her body allowed her practice to evolve rather than diminish during one of life's most transformative journeys.
